How do you know if a guy likes you or if he is just being nice and hes is a junior and you are a freshman?

Guys are not nice to girls . . . unless they want sex.
There are very few exceptions to this fact!!!
Just because they want sex does not mean they like you. But, you can, and should, use this to your advantage. Just because a boy has a raging hormone telling him to have sex does not mean you have to provide it.
I'm sorry to say that was true for me and every guy I know. I have always regretted that my father did not help me understand that respecting a girl is honorable and will ultimately help you find the right partner.
By the way, girls, generally, after they have sex with a guy, there is an uncontrollable natural instinct to get all confused and think they love him. How can you tell if you love??? If sex is involved, a big hormone bomb goes off in your brain and you will no longer be able to reason.
Also, by the way, the big sex hormone that goes off in a boys brain does not trigger love -- it just triggers the urge for more sex, usually, or eventually with more girls.
Guys are like dogs. They will hump any girl they can. Even guys you meet in church.
Keep your pants on, keep your shirt on, girl . . . or the guys will turn you into a sex thing.

∙ 14y agoI dont know if this guy like you or not. sorry. but if the issue is the whole freshman-junior thing, then dont let that get in the way. My sis is dating s junior right now and shes only a freshman. they dont think its a big deal at all, and none of the people at her school call my sister names or anything, so the whole age thing is no big deal. O and also. the great thing about being a girl is the guy typically makes the first move. So if hes into i bet he'll say so.

From experience if a Junior guy even bothers to talk to a Freshman girl there is a level of like there. From what you've posted I would say DUH! He really likes you! When I was a freshman I dated a few juniors-you guys are only 2 years apart after all. Don't sell yourself short but also don't give up the goodies (if you know what I mean). If they really like you they won't pressure you into doing anything you aren't comfortable with. Please be safe but have fun as well.
