This question does not make sense.
The only way to determine what is installed in your car is to take it apart.
Even then there is rarely any way to determine the maker or type of parts in your clutch assembly.
On a Neon engine if the timing belt breaks the valves can bend.
well if you put the car in any gear and let out the clutch if you rev the engine and it dosent move or moves a little then it's the clutch but if it's a grinding noise and it doesnt move at all i'd say its the transmission my car was grinding and not moving and it was cause the spider gears were all busted and i had to rebuild my transmission
I think this one is easy...but not sure I wish someone woould tell if you need special tool or not
We need more info here. How do you tell if the clutch has "WHAT" in a Pontiac Sunfire?

You can tell by how much higher the clutch pedal is to the brake pedal. when new pedals are at the same height.
You could tell if it had a 3 lever clutch or a standard without removing the transmission by seeing if it had a geer shift, if it had a geer shift, it's a standard, if it had a 3 lever clutch you could tell that it is automatic but back then, they were just making those kind of cars, and you'd have to preorder them but now, it's the opposite, having to preorder standards.
