How do you know if they still love you?

It isn't possible to know 100%, but you can tell by the way that person treats you. It could be that you have been hurt in the past and have some trust issues. You must feel insecure and afraid of losing this person. He/she could tell you 100% times a day they love you, but if you don't love YOU, then you'll never believe it. Think to yourself "what is the worst thing that can happen?" Yes, possibly this person could leave you and it would break your heart for awhile, but then what? You're going to survive! A smart person always questions their own actions and if they feel they have a problem with something in a relationship then it's time they sought out some help. Many people do and it isn't a sign of weakness at all. If you continue on this way then you may lose this person. Example: I am almost 99% sure that my husband of 33 years has not or will not cheat on me, but there is always that 1%. So, what do I do? Ruin the great relationship we have? My attitude is, we have built our relationship on trust and if he wants to break that trust down the road then it will be him that pays the consequences and not myself. I have become independent, know myself fairly well and know I can survive even if it happens. No, I wouldn't like it and I'd be heart-broken, but I'm a Survivor and I'm independent enough to be happy with myself, or if lucky, meet someone else down the road. I would NEVER let one person every shake my trust in the opposite sex. Not all men/women are bad. For all of us, having a relationship is purely a gamble. So, whatcha goin' to do? Sit there and wonder if this poor guy/gal loves you just after he's/she's told you so, or are you going to start realizing that you can't control everything, enjoy your relationship and should a problem come up then deal with it. He acts like he just doesn't care. You don't fight anymore. When couples fight or argue (in a healthy way, no hits below the belt), that means you care and want to work it out. If he just says "whatever" when you are upset about something and just lets you have your way every time, there is no fight left in him and he has stopped caring. You know there is relationship trouble at this point. Also, he spends more time away and seems to not care about doing things with you. If you want to rekindle this relationship, here are some pointers. First, start going on date nights, do something you both like to do and don't just do movies - you can't talk and connect in the theater. It is okay for part of the date, but avoid movies altogether if you can. Second, try marraige/relationship counceling if he is willing. Third, make some changes in your love life - spice things up a bit and work with both of your fantasies to get him interested again. Forth, tell him you love him every day and show him by doing things he needs from you (actions speak louder than words). If you're worrying about it - then your intuition should be enough. Without knowing you I can say you can find better! :-) Ask yourself. You will know. Dont wait around if hes mean though. But time always tells you the truth. This one is simple,ask him exactly how he feels about in detail.Not just does he love you.If he doesn't know or can't put into words how he feels about you he might've fallen out of love.Does he show you any that he cares,is he happy when you call,does he listen to you and remember what you said.What did he do before and does he still do it.Do you still hold hands,does he gaze into your eyes,do you feel protected when he's with you.Just some signs.Marty

You know that someone still loves you because they are constantly worrying about you. Also, they want to know what your doing every day. And you will just know because it will tell you in your heart.
