Hey Josh==The connection should be on or near the a/c muffler-dryer. Unless you have gauges you don't know if it needs freon or how much. If you get too much in it can lock up the compressor or at least cause it to not cool correctly. GoodluckJoe I'd take it to someone. You need a manifold to do this right, and they're too expensive to buy if you don't work on a lot of auto A/C systems.

I drove a 2005 Honda accord and it topped out at 130mph because of the governor. i bet its the same for the 2004 Honda accord lx.

The fuel control cutoff unit, in your 1986 Honda Accord, is located on top of the fuel injector pump. The fuel control cutoff unit is contained in a sealed box.
They are right there on the top of the engine.
