beat the game and go to pal park on route 221 under sandgem town
save your game and put the sapphire game or whatever Pokemon game in the other end of your game
turn on the ds and pick Pokemon sapphire and put the Pokemon that you want in diamond or pearl in th PC and save the game
load the Pokemon diamond or pearl game and pick migrate load the game like always
PS once you mirgate that Pokemon will never return to Pokemon sapphire again and you must choose 6 Pokemon
go to pal park,. talk to the guy and go catch the Pokemon

∙ 12y agoyou can't you can only transfer from r/s/e and fr/lg. i think fr/lg have the same generation of Pokemon as red and blue though
