∙ 9y agoTo burn pictures from the computer onto a CD, all a person needs is to upload the pictures to the computer first. Then open the media program and insert a disk in the drive. The computer will then ask what the user is trying to do. Select "Burn to CD", then go to the pictures file and select each picture individually or select an entire group of pictures.

∙ 13y agoThis answer will work for those using windows 7 (and most likely for vista users as well). For a Mac operating system or anything Windows XP and earlier, I cannot guarantee that this will work. These are the steps you need to take to burn normal CD-R disc.
StepsStep 1: You need to make sure you have a CD burner built into your computer, or have an external one connected to it.
Step 2: Insert the CD into the CD burner.
Step 3: Close any prompts that appear and go to your "My Computer".
Step 4: Double click on your CD burner (or CD drive if your CD burner is an internal one).
Step 5: A little window will pop up, asking you to give your disk a name. Name it and press the OK button (ignore the live disc VS. mastered disc option).
Step 6: You will either have to press "format" to continue, or your burner will automatically format the disc.
Step 7: Once the disc is done formating, just drag and drop all the pictures, videos, or documents you wish into the disc window.
Step 8: You will either have to click burn (Vista) or you will just have to press eject on the CD drive, and it will finish the burning process (Windows 7).
Congratulations! You have burned your disc.
Note:Keep in mind that this is a process is done without any additional software besides what comes with your windows 7 or vista computer. This can be done a number of ways, and with a number of programs; this is just one of those ways.
This process can also be used to burn software, pictures, movies, music, documents, etc.

∙ 14y agoI use Nero software. I just open the program, select - make data CD, click add, browse to the photos, select, and burn. This program has many other features, DVD data and copying, erase DVD CD (rw type), show your OS System info There are many programs that do this, Nero. NTI, I Copy, Roxio, etc.

∙ 12y agoYou will need a blank, writable CD-ROM. You will also need CD creator software, The software will allow you to select all the images that you want, and then burn them to the CD. If images are embedded in another program such as a PowerPoint presentation, the using the software to copy the PowerPoint will also copy the pictures. Just doing a "Save to" will not burn the CD ROM.
