Sorry this didnt post under my main topic, first time, But I have gone through everything I thought possible, The fuse is good, new brake switch by the pedal, both bulbs are good (changed them anyways) , the regular tail lights work, reverse lights work, as well as both rear turn signals work, I followed all the wires to the rear, tested everywhere, checked all connections, Still no luck, I was reading other posts with this type of problem, and seen that the turn signal switch could have something to do with it, any suggestions? Thanks,
If a 95 Chevy Suburban's brake lights do not work but everything else does, it may be the link that connects to the pedal that has a problem. If the pedal has been adjusted or disconnected, it may also be a reason for the issue.

I had a problem shifting my suburban out of park. It ended up being the brake switch, it tells the transmission that you are pushing down the brake.
