You cannot do unless you will disconnect the bipper. If you do so you can loose warranty for your car, and do not pass the state inspection next time.

Put on your seat belt and buckle it up. The chime will then stop.

Once you put your seat belt on and buckle it the chime will go off. If it does not then take the car to the dealer for warranty repair.
Look in you owners manual for enhanced warning system. The instructions are there. Other than that, wear your seat belt, it is the law.
