First go to your settings app, then click on the general tab, then scroll down to pass-code lock and type in whatever code you want and follow the directions from there.
There is a great easy to follow video on how to do this at www.manualsandguides.co.uk
Hope this helps
You cannot. You must restore the factory settings from iTunes and then reload all of your apps, or ask the person that owns the iPad what the Passcode is.
Go to settings than go to general. Than go to privacy than suck a penis.

Yes, you can put a passcode on the ipad 2. Both the numerical one (one with numbers) and the keyboard one (where you type in a message). The keyboard one does look pretty sweet as it looks black, glassy, and shiny... you will still have to slide to unlock it and then a keypad/keyboard will pop up in the middle of your screen. To put it on the message type, you go to set the passcode then turn "simple passcode" OFF. Hope this helped.
There is a lock screen which has a slide lock at the bottom. This will give way to a passcode entry, if one is set.
A proxy can be set up on the iPad but it is not always the best way to set up the internet. The proxy can be chosen by going into the general setting and then wireless.
