∙ 12y agoIt depends. If your ear canal is clogged with wax, avoid using a Q-tip. Instead rinse the wax out with water. It should drain by itself anyway.
If water is stuck in your ear canal. Try tilting your head to one side and wait for it to leak out. Or, you can try shutting your nose and blowing.
If your inner ear is clogged, you can shut your nose and blow also, or use a neti-pot.
Remember to not do anything that could cause damage to your ear.
