Can the locked door in Mossdeep City be opened in Pokemon Sapphire?

There is no key. What you need to do is go on route 128 and use dive to find a submarine in an under water cave. Once there, surface and you will have to fight all of team Aqua while they are guarding the way to sleeping Kyogre. When Archie shows up, defeat him and Kyogre will disappear into the Cave of Origin in Sootopolis. Then Steven will show up and fly away which is when you fly after him. He will take you to talk to Wallace and he will take you to the cave. After you catch Kyogre (which takes ALOT of different pokeballs), the gym should be open. This sounds Ike alot but it goes by pretty fast. For the pokeballs you're going to use to catch Kyogre, I recommend a lot of Net balls, Timer Balls and Ultra Balls. Try to avoid using a Master ball because they can be useful later on.

∙ 7y agoUnlocking the door is not possible without an e-reader. In the remakes, this was replaced with a QR code which is circulating the internet.

Head to five island and go right and find the rocket warehouse go inside and beat the punk who stole your sapphire he will give it back now give that to celio he will be happy and so will you why? Cause now you can trade with ruby and sapphire and emerald and even Pokemon colosseum and Pokemon xd gale of darkness and now you can finish that pokedex!
