You have to talk to Hades and Poseidon after you get Hercules on your side. Then, after you get the two weapons (The Trident and the Helm of Darkness) He'll break the lock. Then you use the Drachma to buy a Wind Bag from Aeolus and fly up. If you miss, he'll give you a free refill.

- Go to the bottom of Mount Olympus. Buy a wind bag.
- Use the wind bag. Then jump your way up to the top.
