If your phone has a cable to hook it up to the computer, use that otherwise most camera phones support MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service.) Just compose a multimedia message and sent it to your email address, then download it to your computer from your email client.
Warning: If you do not have a data plan and it is a large picture you may incur extra costs for the data transfer from your phone.

∙ 15y agoIf it has a memory card slot, buy one, put it in, move pictures/files to the external memory, and buy a USB adapter to transfer files. Otherwise there should be a USB transfer cable available from your cell phone provider (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, etc...)
