Back behind a piece of sunken ship where the large sunken ship is, there is something that Sora can't reach. Sebastian will offer to swim back and push it. Then the door to Ursula's lair will open.

You CAN defeat the "Cave of Wonders" in Kingdom Hearts I by, hitting its eye. If you lock onto the "Cave of Wonders" you will lock on its eye. If you keep hitting the eye, his eye that you hit will turn yellow. When it is yellow, you hit the other eye until it turns yellow, also. When you have, you destroy the darkness and save the "Cave of Wonders" from it(I meant "it" by from the darkness).
