You insert it into your vagina, position the internal rings, and then have sex.
Hopefully, the instructions should be on the box.
A condom is rather simple to use.
First you should make preparations. You should check the date on it if it has one to make sure it hasn't degraded. You should not trust a condom that was stored in a warm place or a wallet, since it might be degraded.
You might also want to shave the shaft of your penis if you have problems pulling hair when you remove the condom.
Also, wash your hands. You don't want to protect your partner and yourself from each other's fluids only to give one of you some other type of infection such as a UTI.
Then you carefully tear open the packet. If you tear into the condom, throw it away and start over.
Next, figure out how which side is the inside. The "roll" should be on the outside. You want to know this before you touch it against your penis so you won't contaminate the outside of it. If you find you touched the wrong side to your genitals, then throw it out and start with a new one. Do not turn it over and continue to put it on.
Next, you put it on. You hold the tip with one hand and unroll it onto the penis with the other hand. You want to leave some slack in the tip to provide a place for the ejaculate to go. You don't want it to spew out of the other end of the condom.
Then you engage in whatever intercourse. Do keep in mind if you do multiple different types of intercourse during the same session, it is best to remove the condom as described in the next step and start over from the beginning with a new condom between each type of intercourse. If you switch partners during a session, you certainly want a new condom each time you switch between partners. The same goes if the condom tears during intercourse. In that case, you'd either get a new condom or end the activity. It is preferable after a torn condom incident to get tested for STDs both immediately and at 3 month intervals for up to a year.
Finally, you carefully remove the condom somewhere away from your partner and be careful to not lose any of the contents. Do make sure you dispose of it properly and do not throw it outside nor leave it lying around. Then wash your genitals and your hands.
If they are practicing Catholics they could not use condoms.
