Simply import all the media you wish to use. Drag each clip to the appropriate track in the program (Audio on Music/Audio track; video/pics/photos on Video track) in the Time-line view.
Make desired adjustments; sound levels, transitions, effects, Titles/Credits (overlay). And you will have created a multimedia message. Be sure to Publish/Finish/Save the MSWMMproject, as this process finalizes (exports) the file in a Standard format.
