Why would you want to freeze an account? If someone found out your password- change your password. If you forgot your password have neopets email it to you on the email you summited when you signed up. If you hate your pets get rid of them at the pound. If you just don't wanna play on neopets then just ignore your account and never get on. OR There are a number of ways you can remove your account. You can contact the neopets team or you can break a ton of rules. However the neopets team prefers if you would delete your account using this link- http://neopets.com/remacct.phtml this link is also the easier way to go. Just be sure that you want to delete your account because once you do it, there's no going back (as far as I know. O_o). Good luck with moving on with your life!

If you are frozen, you should fill in the Account Frozen form when you try to login. It will usually give you an automated response. If you keep replying to the automated response, TNT might actually reply in person. But more often than not, you will keep receiving automated responses for a while and then receive no reply at all.

I don't actually think anyone at the Frozen Department of Neopets actually reads the forms you fill out, they are largely ignored and probably deleted on arrival.

If you did get frozen, don't expect to ever get your account back. If you do get it back, you are the lucky one in a million who does.

You cannot retrieve the account without submitting a ticket to TNT. If TNT does not grant you the account, then you won't get it back; it's impossible.

1) Did you get a neomail from theneopetsteam telling you what you are doing wrong? This is a warning, and you should not repeat your offence that they said you have done. If you do it again, you will get frozen. If you did get a warning that you repeated, sorry, you are out of luck. :( If you did not get a warning via neomail from the theneopetsteam, please continue to step 2.

2) Have you read Neopets Terms and Conditions? It was likely you did not or just skimmed through it and forgot to read some important rules. After you read it. Some of these rules are very offensive, you you can get frozen without a warning. After you read the terms, if you did once of those offences, sorry, but you are out of luck on getting your account unfrozen :( If you notice that you did not break any rules, please continue to step 3.

3) Send an email to frozen@neopets.com . When sending an email to them. Try to be kind and polite, and be sure to mention the date you discovered your account was frozen. Try to send the email as soon as possible. If you are angry, write the email, then wait for a couple of hours. Read it again. Do not send anything out of anger.

Which email do you think Neopets will consider for an account to be unfrozen? More likely, it will be the second one. When writing an email, do not mention your second Neopets account or the account you created after. Once you are frozen, you cannot make another Neopets account. Neopets may freeze those accounts as well. Wait for a response within a week. If you do not get a response within a week, email them again and wait another week. Also continue to step 4 if you got a response that said that they will not unfreeze your account. If you got unfrozen, congratulations! :)

4) Neopets' software automatically freezes accounts who get impossible high scores on games. The Neopets frozen team should give you a reason why you got unfrozen. As in all software or online websites, there are bugs, for example, they may have said that you have gotten an impossible high score on a flash game. If you know you did not cheat on any game, go to a Neopets chat board and ask if anyone got frozen after they played that game. If you get a lot of responses, it is likely that there was a bug on the Neopets servers.

Email frozen@neopets.com again. Once again, be kind, and mention that other people have been frozen for the same reason. If your account got unfrozen, congratulations! :) If it did not, please continue to step 5. If you did not get a response, continue to step 5 also.

5) Try emailing some staff members individually. Do not mass email to all of them, because you do not want them to think that you sent that email to everyone. Also, try to make the email personal. For example, Dear Wendy. Write something similar to that. Mention something similar to what you emailed to frozen@neopets.com in step 4. And email frozen@neopets.com again. If you do not get a response after a week, email them again. If you get unfrozen by emailing these email addresses, congratulations! :) If you do not, you are welcome to try again after a week.
