Everybody sleeps differently, I would think of taking sleeping pills,but then with out them you would have a rough time sleeping. Your body gets use to going to bed at the time you usually go to bed at. I know i would be extremely tired if i went to bed at 11 on a school night and i usaualy go to bed at 9. And i would not beable to sleep if i went to bed at 7 or 7:30.

So if you try getting your body use to a farley early time then the first couple of nights will be hard but its all worth it after.

There are two instead ways to wake up in the morning:

1. Think about what you have to do before you sleep.

2. What is the first thing you will do when you wake up the next morning?

you first have to do it with an alarm clock then when you get used to it you can just wake up in the same time u want because your mind gets used to waking up at that time so it wakes you up so try having an alarm clock for like 2-3 weeks then try to sleep without an alarm and see when you will wake up :J

You have this inner cycle that tells you when your tired and when your not. Well, you can set this cycle to your wanted hours. Just as long as you follow your needed sleep hours. If you are an adult you need at least 7 hours. If you are a teenager you need 10 hours. First go to bed at the same time every night.Even on weekends. Wake up (using an alarm) at the same time every morning. Your cycle will adjust as long as you get plenty of sleep. Even on weekends.

Get high about 2-3 hours before u want to sleep. Go lay down in your target time. Wait for the "crash" or the tired part of the influence.
