How do you work out your chest muscles?
Push ups are the way to go if you cannot go to a gym, if you can go to the gym then bench press is the ideal way to work out your chest.
Your chest muscle varies it has upper lower and normal, if you can or do go to the gym I suggest working all 3. Although if you are just doing push-ups the standard push up will do.
Try 4 sets of as many push ups as you can, 4 sets of 25 push ups
is ok, 4 sets of 50 push ups is perfect, hope this helps
