Check the switch and make sure it is working. If it is, the problem may be the wiper motor itself, which will be located inside the rear panel on the back door...the wiper will be connected to it.
Take off the bolts at the bottom of the wiper arms and you may have to wiggle the arms back and forth to work the wiper arms off.

The nut that holds the wiper in place might be loose. check under the plastic cover at the end of the wiper arm where it mounts to the back door.
Change the pulse board in the wiper motor.There is three screws on the back cover of the wiper motor,then unplug it and it pulls out.

if its the driver wiper that doesn't work, its probably the control rod broken. the passengers wiper is driven by the motor, the drivers by the linkage from the passengers wiper mechanism
does the front wiper fluid work so its just the wiper fluid in the back that doesnt work if thats the case it might be a hose thats disconected the washer pump is shared with the front and back fluid its located on the washer fluid container at the bottom just check your hoses to make sure they are still connected i might not be explaining it right but hope this helps
