When you write a letter to your bank make sure you are honest. It is always better to tell them the reasons for having your account overdrawn.

It depends on your ban reason. Jagex will not reconsider any bans relating to botting. If you we're banned for another reason you can use the appeal option in the account center to have your appeal considered.
Send an appeal to their E-MAIL.
When writing an appeals letter a person should consult their defense attorney. Additionally a person should stick to well known and procedural law vernacular. In this case "Hoping for your consideration and understanding" is the appropriate closing to an appeal letter.
There is the alternate, World Of Warcraft and then there's the old Habbo-Hotel.
unfortunatly, no UNLESS you have a likely appeal you can wait one (1) year to get your account unbanned, or just create new account
no, you don't get your account for appealing an offence, however, if you have broken the rules significantly, Jagex may feel you are to be removed from the account, and ban you.
Create a new account and start over.
If a RuneScape account has been hijacked, and the hijacker has caused the account to be banned by committing an offence, the original owner of the account may submit an offence appealto Jagex. To submit an offence appeal, go to the RuneScape homepage. Click on the Account tab at the top of the page. Scroll down the page that you are taken to until you see the option Appeal Offence. Clicking on this will allow you to submit an offence appeal.Including as much information as you possibly can in your appeal will increase the chances of its success. The IP address that you had around the time of account creation is a very useful piece of information to include. Once you have sent your appeal, it will be processed by Jagex staff. They will respond to your appeal through your RuneScape message centre.
SIGHT and SOUND :)
You avoid this by getting your child support current. If you believe you're already current, ask for an account review by the State that's submitting your name for intercept. If you don't agree with the results of that review, file an appeal.
yup.. go to account management in the hompage and select "appeal an offence"
