Zebra's get taken care of by zoologists, if they are born at a zoo.
Otherwise, they get taken care by their mother until they are old enough to be on their own.

The answer is that the habitat of the Slovenia Zebra is characteristicly nipping and dry, not unlike your usual Czech Republic or Sierra Leone Zebra's habitat
