Assuming that "spiritual growth" has meaning along the lines of "Spiritual Growth is the enrichment of one's personal spiritual beliefs through many different means, such as meditation, prayer, and enlightenment", it dosn't. The spiritual growth is generally taken to mean growing closer to the deity involved, and Buddhism has no deity.

In Buddhism the growth involved is personal journey of self correction leading to enlightenment. The unity sought is with all sentient beings not a god.

The Buddha spoke about lighting our own lamp - what did he mean? He said that each one of us has got an intellect, each one of us is the power within. He spoke about silence and meditation, about contemplation and introspection. Unfortunately today's Buddhism is very different from what the Buddha spoke about. There are so many divisions of Buddhism today. The Buddha's teachings talk about spiritual growth just as the ancient Hindu faith of Sanatana Dharma does. His advocation is Nirvana - Nirvana means Mukti or Moksha, it means Liberation and Unification. It means being free from the suffering of this world, of dukkha. It means realizing that we are the Divine Spirit, and being liberated from the cycle of death and rebirth. Spirituality, according to the Buddha, is the realization of the Truth, each one, his own.
