Is Canada a ecofriendly country

Mostly through urbanization. Which causes loss of habitat, pollution, and heating of water ways.

Canada has a low population density so sink more carbon than they produce. In fact they have already sunk much of the carbon emitted by other countries so in that sense they have help prevent a faster global warming.

We've also disrupted many animals. For example beaver. We have dramatically reduced the number of beaver. This has resulted in fewer beaver dams, which results in faster water drainage, more erosion, faster drying of the land, and lower water tables.

At the moment, we suck. That is because the Conservatives are in power. As soon as they get down, we'll be ecofriendly :)

They do not over populate it. Multi-generational Canadians birth rate is less than replacement. Their population is increasing because of Immigration and the Birth Rate of new Canadians.
