Genesis 24 gives the whole account, but in summary form he sent his chief servant back to the 'old country' to find a wife from among his relatives. Evidently this servant was, like his master, a Godly man as he prayed for divine assistance which he received through the provision of Rebekah. In a sense, then, Abraham did not find a wife for Isaac but God did.

According to the custom of the day his father Abraham organized this by sending his servant back to the 'old country' to find a wife from among their relatives. God honored the prayer of Abraham's servant who was evidently a Godly man and Rebekah was willing to go -something which was evidently not taken forgranted. The account is in Genesis 24.
