Genesis 24 gives the whole account, but in summary form he sent his chief servant back to the 'old country' to find a wife from among his relatives. Evidently this servant was, like his master, a Godly man as he prayed for divine assistance which he received through the provision of Rebekah. In a sense, then, Abraham did not find a wife for Isaac but God did.

This is something Isaac didn't have to worry about. According to the custom of the day his father Abraham organized this by sending his servant back to the 'old country' to find a wife from among their relatives. God honored the prayer of Abraham's servant who was evidently a Godly man and Rebekah was willing to go -something which was evidently not taken forgranted. The account is in Genesis 24.
