Yes, she does. Her & Peeta both win. In the middle of the games, they change the rules saying 2 from the same district can both win and go back. Katniss runs to find Peeta by the lake, he is camoflauged becasue he's about to die. She hides him and helps him to his recovery, while they both fall slowly in love. In the end, they change the rules right when they thought they won, back to only one person. Peeta says Katniss can kill her, but she refuses, to in love to lose him. So, they both sacrifice to die, they love each other so much, and can't live without eachother, they are both about to eat the berries that slowly kill you, when someone inturrupts them and says they both win, becasue President Snow will be very mad if they both die & no one wins the games. In the end, they both go back to district 12, and President Snow plans his revenge. Check Out Catching Fire (the movie) 2013.
