How does Romeo discover Juliet's identity?

Romeo learns who Juliet is when the Nurse informs him that Juliet's mother is the lady of the house of Capulet. Juliet finds out who Romeo is when the Nurse askes his name and she tells Juliet.

In Shakespeare's play, Romeo asks the nurse who Juliet is, whereupon the nurse answers, "Marry, bachelor, her mother is the lady of the house". The Nurse tells Juliet who Romeo is after Juliet asks, "Go ask his name-if he be married, my grave is like to be my wedding bed," and the Nurse (after some investigation) replies, "His name is Romeo, and a Montague."

Some films may change this but this is how Shakespeare wrote it.
