what you do is take the sheep over to the other side then you take the wolf to the other side bring the sheep back to the opposite side then take the cabbage over to the side after returning the sheep then once the cabbage and the wolf are on the opposite side of the island take the sheep then u win!

Take the goat across, go back and get the wolf, leave the wolf there but take the goat back with you. Leave the goat there and take the cabbage across, leave the cabbage with the wolf. Go back and get the goat. The previous solution is only reasonable if your boat (if you are using a boat) can only hold two at a time. If it can hold all of you, just go like that.
