she was home schooled because when she went to a public school she got mobbed which ain't nice .x.

User Avatar

Yes, but you most likely don't have to pay the difference between home schooled and public school.

User Avatar

Mostly, yes. But I'm unsure of the exact numbers... If a home schooled student does better (which happens a lot) then it's because the home-schooled child has more one-on-one time with their teacher, and a public-schooled teacher has to focus on ALL the kids...

In my opinion:yes, it is harder to get into college if your are home schooled! Because...You can get your report card etc. from school.

Homeschoolers are no different from public or private schooled kids. They are still learning just not the way most people do it. All homeschooling isn't the same everyone has there own way of doing thingsFrom a homeschooled 12 year old.make piece not war

I was homeschooled since the 2nd grade up until 9th grade when I went to public school. I've had a lot of experiance being homeschooled. Homeschooling is great as long as you are involved in extra activities.

If you allow and guide your child to be social when he is home schooled then I'm sure there would be no difficulty for him to attend the public college. You have to work out on the difference of home school and the public school i.e. being social to reduce your child difficulty. There are many students who are publically schooled from the beginning but still they are not that much interactive with others. So guide your kid to learn interaction with others.Furthermore, today we have many institutes like UK open college which provides full freedom to their students in becoming social.

User Avatar

no they wont have to take a test because they just wont have too. but if your child has been home schooled they will be lacking in social skills and the school environment will be much harder than it would be if they started in school.

User Avatar

Public schools. The more social situations they encounter, the more used to them they will become. You dont want to keep your child at home for years, and them expect them to walk out into the world and be fine.

User Avatar

yes. but he is planning on attending a public school.
