First of all, if he really liked the girl, he would get over his shyness. Second, he should go and talk to the girl first and see if they get along well. Soon afterwards, when he figures out that they actually do get along well, he'll also make a new discovery. He's not shy around her anymore! It would make it lots easier for him. Good luck, guys! ;)
