It distributes weight upon a certain point, usually not on the user, to make moving objects easier; such as a wheelbarrow, pulley, inclined plane, etc.
Simple machine help us do work like lifting heavy things that we cant lift. This was done by an 8th grader at berea middle school.
No you still do the same amount of work
Re: Difference between CNC & NC machinesIn a Numerical Control machine, the program is fed to the machine through magnetic tapes or other such media. The original NC machines were essentially basic machine tools which were modified to have motors for movement along the axes. In a Computer Numerical Controlled machine, the machines are interfaced with computers. This makes them more versatile in the sense that, suppose a change in dimension of a part is required. In a NC machine, you would have had to change the program in the tape and then feed it to the machine again. But in a CNC machine, you just change a variable in the computer and your modification is done!!
shearing mech. process is done by a machine known as shearing machine in which a sheet of alluminium or some other metal is cutted down in between the blade of the machine, and this process is known as shearing process.
The basic equation that will enable you to determine the temperature of any electrical machine is:(W - Q) = m c (Tf - Ti)Where, W = work done on the machine, Q = heat transfer away from the machine into its surroundings, m = mass of the machine, c = specific heat capacity of the machine, and Tf and Ti the final and initial temperatures of the machine respectively. But there are so many variables involved that it would be very difficult to apply this equation in practise. For example, the ambient temperature (Ti) is variable, and you would need to know the mass and specific heat capacity for every component of the machine. So the simple answer would be to simply measure it with a thermometer!
Work
Increase Work
a task done by a simple machine
That isn't possible, not with a simple machine and not with a complicated machine, since otherwise, conservation of energy would be violated.
gy
it sure did get the wok done faster!
Increases
A few examples are...... nutcrackers papercutter a wheelbarrel
Work: The work done by the force is the same as the work done on the load in an ideal simple machine.
No you still do the same amount of work
A simple machine uses a single applied force to do work against a single load force. Ignoring friction losses, the work done on the load is equal to the work done by the applied force. They can be used to increase the amount of the output force, at the cost of a proportional decrease in the distance moved by the force.
