Taking testosterone (a common step in transitioning to living as a man) makes the clitoris grow several centimeters and this is what most transsexual men use as a penis. Effectively, it is a penis, though not as large as is average for non-trans men, and is able to get and maintain an erection. The clitoris is homologous to the penis; they form in-utero from the same group of cells and have similar anatomy and function.

A few transsexual men get penises by undergoing sex-reassignment surgery, but that is expensive, not especially successful, and not wildly common.

There are basically two common types of FtM SRS:

Metoidioplasty- "involves cutting the ligament that holds your clitoris in place under

the pubic bone, as well as some of the surrounding tissue. Your clitoris is then freed up so more of it is showing"

Phalloplasty- "the most common involves removing a flap of skin/blood vessels/nerves from the forearm (or another area, such as the abdominal area), rolling this to make a 'tube within a tube' and , then using microsurgery to attach the new penis to your groin (over the top of your clitoris)."

Can a female transgender still climax with phalloplasty PENIS?

Yes, a transgender man can.

Do transgender males have vaginas?

I am transgender female and I was born with a penis. Assuming that you understand a trans woman is a male to female transsexual. Before they have Genital Reassignment Surgery trans women have the penis that they are born with. After the surgery the tissue from the penis has been used to create a neovagina that looks and functions just as a natal females vagina. It takes an expert to recognize the difference. Trans women do not have periods and cannot get pregnant, they do not have a uterus.

Does a transgender male really love his wife?

A transgender male is an individual who was born with the body features of a female. A transgender female is a person who was born with the body features of a male. As for whether or not a transgender male really loves his wife, that depends entirely on the transgender person. Orientation is not automatically heterosexual for gender variant people, so whether or not you are talking about a male to female or female to male trans person, they very well may love their wives. They may not. Another version of your question might be, "Does any man really love his wife?" It all depends.

What is the meaning of the abbreviation 'FTM' regarding transgender?

FTM is an abbreviation that stands for "Female-to-Male" and refers to transgender individuals. This means a person who was born genetically female but has transitioned -- or is in the process of transitioning -- to live as a male. Testosterone injections and surgeries may be a part of this transition.

Can a transgenerd woman get another woman pregnant?

Yes, if the person is male-to-female transgender (AKA was designated male at birth, is transitioning to living as a woman). A transwoman is often male-bodied and, thus, has a penis, scrotum, seminal vesicles, etc., and sperm. Although the sperm have likely been altered by any hormone therapy, which is common in transgender people, it would still be possible to fertilize an egg and make someone pregnant. If a transwoman has had sex reassignment surgery (has had a vaginoplasty, has had her penis/balls removed) then she no longer produces sperm and is unable to get anyone pregnant. No, if the person is female-to-male transgender (AKA was designated female at birth, is transitioning to living as a man). People who are born female do not have the necessary reproductive organs to produce sperm, so are not able to get anyone pregnant.

What hole does a transgender pee out of?

Well it depends on if the person is male to female or female to male. Pre or Post op. If they are pre-op (still have their original plumbing) they pee the same way they always have, although most Male to Female Pre-op women choose to sit when they pee like "normal" women. If a male to female has had her surgery and now has a vagina as part of that surgery they create a urethra just like a natural born woman. If the transgender person is Female to Male and he has had his surgery and now has a penis, he pees just like any other man.To make a long story short, not their nose.
