How does acid rain affect the water cycle?
by bringingpoison chemicals intothe cyclekilling fish and trees
Runoff can affect the environment because it can pick up chemicals on the ground such as gas, oil, etc. When it goes into the water, our water is contaminated, and then it goes in our water cycle and causes acid rain Example: I spilled gas on the ground it will enter our water cycle then go into streams, rivers, etc. Then it goes into our water cycle agin. Hope I helped you
Well, when factories make pollution(smoke), it mixes in with the water cycle. So the smoke and water create acid rain. it can destroy limestone and trees. And Lakes are toxic to swim in. Or I think it can go in a puddle or pool of water and get evaporated. That also gets mixed in with the water cycle.
Acid rain kills the smaller plants in the water ultimately the fishes starve and die. The culprit that causes acid rain is sulffur Also, sulfur and nitrogen oxide move up into the air and mix with the water/precipitation and causes acid rain. the pollution can be carried over long distances. This is for the Atmoshere. Biosphere/LIFE- People breathe in the pollution from cars, factories, etc. and die Hydrosphere/WATER- Acid rain kills the fish and other water-living…
