One of my friends dressed as a girl for halloween. It was hilarious!!!!!! He was 10 too. He had a blonde pig tail wigs with a pink skirt and a tank top with pink nail polish and tennis shoes. He rode his skateboard to each house. it was so funny! I have to say u should prob. wear shorts under that! hahaha
You might try and be a cheerleader. That way you can wear tennis shoes. If you choose high heels, your feet will be killing you by the time you walk out the front door. Or you can be a rich girl, and get a small stuffed dog and stick it in a purse, long blonde wig, small T and a mini skirt (Big sunglasses for effect). Good Luck!
If you're less daring, you can go as a witch - long black dress, and then it's just the hat and some green face paint.
they should dress up as a dead or vampire school girl. it is cheap to use your old school uniform and easy to make! simply rip an old shirt and maybe drip fake blood on it and make a Gothic face paint for your skirt, rip the bottom of it until it is really messy.
