well you may not do it in a week but here are some suggestions:

1. food journal

To keep a food journal is something that you have to keep up onto. When you make the journal write down the right foods you will eat each day. (veges and fruit)

2.Daily Exercise

When doing this you have to first do stretches so when you exercise you wont get injured and when i say DAILY i mean every single day. So keep this one up.

3.ELECTRONICS

Ok now the worst thing that would make you keep the weight on are electronics such as the TV, the computer and laptops. So when your trying to lose weight lose the electronics.

An eleven year old girl can lose weight by eating a diet consisting of 85% raw vegetables and 15% cooked vegetables. One should eat as much as one can of this diet. When making a salad use leaf lettuce, not iceberg lettuce. Use a little salad dressing but not much. A homemade dressing of one part apple cider vinegar, one part honey makes a low fat and flavorful dressing. Use as many different vegetables as you want on the salad. For an evening meal eat a large salad and some cooked vegetables, like a baked potato, or steamed broccoli, etc. On this diet a person will begin to lose so much weight that it will be necessary to eat whole wheat bread to keep from losing too much weight. It is also a good idea to drink only water. By eliminating sweetened teas and sodas, a person will eliminate hundreds of calories a day.

Larry's Cucumber, Tomato and Onion Diet by Larry Levy (c) 2005 This is for real. I do weigh a lot, so not everyone will lose AS much as 10kg's (22lbs) in a week, but you can lose a lot of weight on this diet without starving yourself. I get up very late and go to bed late so you may want to adjust the rules of the diet to suit your circumstances. Firstly, get a good stock of nice cucumbers and tomatoes in with some nice baby onions. Have your last meal for the week on a Friday night, and start on Saturday by eating NOTHING till 5 pm each day. I get up at 1pm so that's around 4 hours after you get up. If you are really starving then you may have a crispy green apple after one hour of being awake. If you can extend your first meal of cucumbers and tomatoes and onions till after 5pm, going to 6, 7, or 8 - even better. Then you can slice up 1 tomato (med - large) and 1 cucmber (large) on a plate with a baby onion to spice it up. Pour some cider vinegar on with some black pepper if you like. Eat the plate slowly. Lemon juice can also be used as a dressing. NO OIL OR OTHER COMMERCIAL DRESSING OF ANY KIND.

1 TSP OF OLIVE OIL HAS 120 CALORIES AND WILL TOTALLY WRECK THE WEIGHT LOSS OBJECTIVE. JUST DO WITHOUT IT OTHERWISE DON'T BOTHER!!! Also, make sure you sleep and relax AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE as this will limit the bodies production of cortisol which makes you fat. An eleven year old, should be active in activities that allow him outdoors. A majority of today's young generation, rely too much on Xbox and Play Stations. The US has a high rate of obesity starting at a young age due to children not being active. Even the schools have cut back on PE due to budget cuts. A child at this age should be active with his friends outdoors playing sports, such as football, Kickball, softball, etc. Also riding his bike is an excellent way of having fun and getting exercise. The parents should also get involve and making sure that they keep the child active. Perhaps a 30 minute walk every other day if the weather permits.
