An octopus does not poop out of its mouth. It expells its waste through its syphon (or funnel), which is located on the side of the mantel. It only uses its mouth for eating. However, there are animals that do poop out of their mouths, such as sea anenomes.

they first have to get to know each other then after a couple dates the female octopuse invites the male into her cave and then they get busy then in 9 months the female has a couple hundred children and the male dip-sets

It consumes matter that is then digested in the stomach acid causing break down of said matter using the resources out of the nutrient filled matter, leaving the rest to be sorted as fecal matter, to either be diverged to the small or large intestine, after said sorting has completed, it travels its way to either the Anus or the Urethra, thus being expelled from the Squid.

Octopus have true kidneys not just a collection of cells in their body. This allows them to excrete ammonia and other waste products.
