If you have antifreeze in your motor oil, There are only 2 things that can let this happen,#1 cracked cylinder block cause? either the motor got extremely hot like ran it totally out of coolant -water in the radiator and got the motor very hot.

# 2 (most likely) got the motor very hot and blew the head gasket's are the only two ways I know of to get coolant mixed with your oil, Besides adding coolant

to the wrong filler hole when adding more to your system. Both problems are quite serious and calls for a major overhaul - repair of your engine. But The head gasket job would cost the least of the two.
