By a process called the Kreb's cycle.

it depends from which process the waste comes from. cell can excrete waste by exocytosis in the form of vacuoles or through Krebs cylce. all depends upon the type of waste manufactured and the process by which this waste has been acquired

Generally, for all cells, waste products may be excreted through passive transport, because there are more waste products in a cell that out side of a cell. If there are more waste products outside of a cell, a cell must use active transport for excretion. If water is the is the waste product and there is a hypotonic solution composed of water, osmosis is the process to excrete water; and if there is a hypertonic solution, it is just active transport again.

(I may have accidentally mixed up hypo/hypertonic solutions. If I did, my apologies)
