i think this guy must have been drunk when he wrote this coz it just seems like they like hitting the moonshine
Tendons become stronger with regular exercise as it causes them to stretch further than normal (in some cases up to 10%). In response to the stresses that exercise places on tendons, the tendons will increase the number of collagen fibres in them. The collagen fibres form a matrix or cross like structure within the tendon; therefore, with more collagen fibres present the matrix is a lot denser and strengthens the overall tendon. This will then allow you to put even further stresses on the muscles and tendons during exercise.
excercise increases tendon strength by stretching and contracting and putting strain on the tendon. this makes the tendon active and replace cells with new ones. if you've damaged it before the body will be stimulated into making stronger cells that before. Excercise increases the rate of regrowth and stimulates it to start. you could do it without excercise but the tendon would be weaker than before and it can take around 400%longer. a man in America spent 50years in tendon related pain and all he had to do was walk on a tredmill for 20mins a day for 4 weeks and it would have healed.

Strength training
During exercise our blood circulation speed increases. It effect in amino acid and a molecule ATP which causes muscles to increase strength.
An inflammation of the tendon is called tendinitis.
increases bone strength and denserty
to protect the tendon from wear and tear in physical movement, like when you exercise.
No. Isometric exercises build strength, while flexibility increases the speed of your reflexes.
yep

A sinew is a tendon or a word the represent strength or power
None of the above. A cardiovascular exercise raises your heart rate.
Sretched or torn
