Exercising is very good for helping the respiratory system. First, when you exercise, you are taking in air at a faster rate, which opens the airways. It's almost like stretching your lung and heart muscles. Just like any other muscle, the diagram and heart require stretching to not "pull" or "strain" the muscle which could lead to chest pain. Also, exercising gets the heart pumping. This provides more blood to all of the parts of the body especially the exercise muscle. Having good blood circulation helps ease breathing and the pumping of the heart. The respiratory system does into do anything much different except for having a different amount of air flow.
Our respiratory system allows us to breathe so that we can obtain oxygen for aerobic respiration.
The circulatory system and the respiratory system are what carries oxegen and nutrients to the bodys systems
your heart rate increases and breathing increases in order to supply oxygen to the bodys cells
The respiratory and cardiovascular systems work in tandem to provide oxygen to the body's cells.
The circulatory and respiratory system work together to provide body cells with oxygen. The oxygen is moved from the air to the circulatory system at the alveoli.
It would be their immune system.

Yes, exhaling carbon dioxide keeps our blood from getting too acidic. No matter how long we try to hold our breath, its the drop in pH of the blood that will trigger us to take a breath whether we want to or not.
