because floods can tear away the trees which surround the water which pushes against them. also some waters (because people dont care and throw toxic waste and rubbish into the water)can include a lot of toxic paint which could harm or evenn burn substances around them.there is only one good thing about floods is that they can bring fresh soil to the land.

First of all, if that is an agricultural area then all the crops will be destroyed and then shortage of food occurs which result in starvation eventually. Second of all, all the infrastructure is destroyed or flooded and there is no place to live. All the people evacuate that area and then the problem of residence and food and daily items arise. Last but not the least is the fact that area will be flooded for some months and in case of cold countries, for years also. No one can reside there and that area will be wasted for some time.

Floods effect the worlds population tumindesly because the floods kill humans and animals also they destroy homes and then when it is done i cost alot of money to repaire the homes.

Floods kill people.People being killed are being erased or decrease from the current population.That's how it affects the population!
