This question depends on what particular freedom of choice you mean. If you mean it in the pro-choice sense, and thus referring to abortion, then it gives women more control of their lives and another option to use. No woman should be forced to carry a deformed fetus or the child of a rapist to term. There may be other concerns or factors, and that is up to each woman to decide.

Of course, abortion is not the only freedom of choice that is possible. There is freedom of school choice, meaning you don't have to go to a bad school if you can afford a better one (private) or have the option to legally enroll in a better public school.

Freedom of choice could refer to vaccination. There are parents who choose to opt out of vaccinations for their children due to religious beliefs or a concern that particular vaccines are dangerous, regardless of how valid or misguided it may be.
