How does the fire triangle help us fight fires?
The "fire triangle" (fuel, heat, oxygen) helps you remember that fire needs all three legs and removing any one of them will extinguish the fire. For instance, putting water on a fire removes the heat, changes the amount of oxygen at the surface of the fuel and changes the ignition temperature of wet fuel.
