Animals that are poached are most likely to become extinct or endangered. If one animal dies then many other animals will to. Ex: Ther are 27 foxes in Lauraville. A farmer kills one fox evry day for 27 days. Now the bunnies won't get eaten and they will over-populate the area. But If the bunnies died out and the foxes stayed alive then the foxes will soon die because they don't have anything to eat. Get it?

Not really a question that can be answered in a few lines, but I'll try.

1. Fish and Game, Bureau of Land Management, and U.S. Forestry all track various species of wildlife, and estimate their numbers. They then issue permits (tags) allowing for the harvesting of these species based upon their estimations. The big picture, the Govt. agencies wish to maintain a stable population base, while simultaneously allowing hunting, and preventing starvation/disease from overpopulation.

2. Poaching (the illegal killing of an animal) subverts this goal by reducing the population in an undetermined way.

Example.... Fish and Game have counted 1,000 white tail deer, they figure the area can only support 800, so they issue tags to 200 hunters. At the end of the season, they have approximately the 800 they expect. NOW! Another 200 hunters decide they want deer anyways...and since they're doing something wrong, they might as well do it up, so they kill several animals. So the population has dropped even further. What makes it worse? Poachers do not care which sex they shoot.

That's the best I can do without writing your paper for you.

So i have done loads of research on this subject. what i found was that poaching has lead to spread of anthax in Uganda, and ebola in congo.

If you care about animals and are worried about them not being here for the future generations to come, than fight against poaching. Poaching is the illegal taking of wildlife, in violation of local, state, federal or international law. Activities that are considered poaching include killing an animal out of season, without a license, or with a prohibited weapon. Did you know that over 100,000 animals are poached each year? That's a lot! It is critical that people put an end to poaching because it wipes out many races of animals, messes up the food chain, and breaks numerous laws.

An important reason that poaching is wrong is that it wipes out many species of all types of animals. First, many elephants have been poached for their tusks, wiping out many elephants. Studies show that approximately 23,000 elephants are slottered for their ivory tusks each year. In addition to that, many cheetahs and tigers are also being poached for their skins. According to World Wildlife Fund there are only six species of tigers, and three are extinct due to poaching. In the same way, rhinos are also being poached as well for their large horns on the front of their head. For a long time rhinos are being wiped out across Africa everywhere due to the many poachers there.
