Animals feel Pain, tiredness from over work, hunger, disease fear and sadness, in much the same way as humans do. working animals, pets, production animals such as dairy cows and chickens. and animals grown for slaughter have a right to be reasonably treated. Because of their rank in the scheme of things many humans fail or chose not to understand that there is not all that much difference in the way animals feel compared to the way a human feels under the same conditions. And that includes the lobster you chose to have throw alive into a pot of boiling water. Eating animals is part of the scheme of things but cruelty and lack of kindness and consideration should be avoided.

It doesn't feel good at all. It all depends on the type of animal you are. If you are a cat, you might get kicked, chased, or shot at. If you are a dog, you might get kept in a filthy kennel or out in the heat or cold on a short leash without food and water. They might even keep you pregnant if you are female. If you are a lab rat, Guinea pig, or monkey, you might be subjected to all sorts of cruel experiments and injected with who knows what.

You are an animal, so ask yourself how you would feel about being abused. Animals feel much the same way.

The answer below twice refers to "the scheme of things," but fails to question who devised the scheme. Animals' lives and their comfort and safety are not worth less to them than our lives, comfort and safety are to us. We can't dismiss abuse by saying it's part of "the scheme of things," whether we're talking about the use of animals for food, experiments, entertainment, transportation, or any other reason. At various times in history, humans have used "the scheme of things" to justify slavery, rape, racism, sexism, and a host of other atrocities.

The answer below also implies that you can somehow turn animals into food with kindness and consideration and without cruelty. It is difficult to imagine, however, how we could turn a human infant (or even a puppy) into food with kindness and consideration and without cruelty. Yet each day in the U. S. alone, humans kill over 315,000 6-month-old pigs and turn them into food. It's difficult to imagine how that can be done with kindness and consideration and without cruelty.

For many abusers, it feels good. Abusing animals is horrible and wrong, not to mention illegal. Abusing animals could land you in jail, so don't abuse them.

Depending on the type of abuse an animal faces depends on if it will die. However, most likely the animal will die because an animal might not have treatment. It is exactly how a human will feel if it is abused and the type of action it will do.

Why od animals get abused?

Animals usually get abused because they are seen as the weaker being. Often animals are handicapped in some way, and their handicaps are taken advantage of until the animal is made to feel inferior. When an animal is seen as inferior they are often abused or killed - this happens in nature as well as the modern world and seems to be almost instinct. Humans often abuse pets because the pets are too reliant on them to be able to survive.
