when female anopheles mosquito take a blood meal from a host with malaria, the mosquitoe took the malaria bacteria's gametes with the blood meal. the gamestes fused together in the mosquitoe's gut forming the infected stage. if the mosquito then bit a non infected human host, the infected stage of the bacteria will enter the bloodstream vai the salivary gland of the mosquito.

Malaria parasites target your liver first, after they enter your body. They change many liver cells before settling in for final. They divide in your liver to produce large number of parasites. When the liver cells rupture, the parasites invade the red blood cells. They multiply there. When the infected red blood cells rupture, they invade the fresh red blood cells and the cycle continues.
