If the mother won't feed it take it to the vet or it will die. They need to be bottle fed a special formula, the mothers milk contains essential nutrients and bacteria that gets their gut bacteria going so they can eat veggies in the future, they will die from gut complications without that.

If a mommy rabbit won't feed her babies, you can force her. Lay her on her back on your lap & hold the babies while they nurse from her let them feed 2 times a day for about 2-3 minutes.
