The media is somehow one of the powerful community of people that gives information about facts, the talk abouts, the latest news and concerns while every people listens to them so in, example if the media had told a news about a certain food product that was dangerous in our health the people will not buy that food product anymore to ensure the safety of their family the people listens and believe to the media .

First, information about causes and remedies for safety problems can be communicated quickly and easily. Food industry professionals have a wide range of sources for new information and there is rarely an excuse for not being aware of new developments in safety practice and procedure.
The second and more effective factor is that of public perception. A report of a single issue related to a certain food or food production company can have a dramatic effect on sales. Consumer confidence is the key to sales and companies work hard to prevent negative reports being released in the media. This commercial concern is a powerful incentive to maintain and improve safety standards. It would be wrong to suggest that companies may ignore safety if it weren't for the media. Most companies are eager to work to the best possible standards with or without the involvement of the media.
