However olive oil is often used as part of various breast massages as a way of protecting the skin during the massage and some of these massages are reputed by alternative health practitioners to aid in breast growth, especially in China where specific breast massages are a traditional way of promoting breast growth.

∙ 11y agoNo. It may make the skin nice and soft, but it doesn't increase the size. You are born with a predetermined "size" and there are three ways to increase it. One, gain weight and the breast will increase because of more fat ( not good for you and can result in Breast cancer later), get pregnant, or go to a plastic surgeon to have them enlarged. Doing breast exercises will firm them and wearing a good supportive bra will also help.
