What isThe meaning of patriots?
Patriots and patriotism are seen as positive forces involving pride in culture or country.. Geoge Orwell (Writer of 1948) defined patriotism as "By 'patriotism' I mean devotion to a particular place and a particular way of life, which one believes to be the best in the world but has no wish to force upon other people. Patriotism is of its nature defensive, both militarily and culturally. Nationalism, on the other hand, is inseparable from the desire for power. The abiding purpose of every nationalist is to secure more power and more prestige, not for himself but for the nation or other unit in which he has chosen to sink his own individuality." The key point is that the concept of patriotism does not imply "I will believe in and fight for our way, right or wrong, until it comes out on top.". This comes from the bleeding of nationalism into the concept of patriotism. Politicians are adept at increasing the nationalism content of patriotism until it no longer meets the proper definition.

What is the homosexual agenda?
This phrase is only used by those who oppose gay rights, and it refers to the perception that gay people have designed and are carrying out a specific plan to force the rest of society to view them as normal or acceptable. There is some underlying truth to that; gay people do want and deserve equality. But there is no grand master plan, which the term "agenda" seems to imply. In general terms, gay people (and straight people) strive for equality in many different ways, and it is true that they are seeking to discard the old view that they are sinful or mentally ill, but there is no agenda.

Important things about Dolphus Raymond?
Dolphus is a white man living with a black woman. The racial prejudices in the town maycomb where he lives force him to fake being a drunk. he enters the town with a beer bottle in his hand to imply to the townspeople that he is a drunk so they will not bother him about being with the black woman whom he loves and having mixed race children. he is a sinful man in the eyes of the people of maycomb. Hope this helped you ; )
